Pawfect Australia will honour its warranty obligations as defined under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims, and we will organise pickup and replacement of the product in accordance with the warranty conditions of the product's manufacturer.

We cannot accept warranty returns for pet toys or pet beds that have been damaged by an animal, unless a manufacturing fault can be identified. In such cases, we will forward the claim to the product manufacturer for investigation before proceeding with a return or replacement.
